Melbourne Cup Day & Vic Branch Meeting- 2013

Time: 10.00am – Chicken and Champagne Breakfast followed by 1st Victorian Branch Meeting 2013/2014.
12.00pm – Lunch (For those still hungry or arriving later) there is a BBQ available to use (please bring your own lunch, and meat if you would like to use the BBQ) salads and sweets will be provided. Followed by Cup Day celebrations and activities, we will be running sweeps during the races.

Please Note: Please RSVP for this event for catering purposes (salads and sweets), and especially if you want to partake in the C&C breakfast you must state that when you RSVP. Cost per person partaking in the C&C will be worked out on the day and will be relatively small, payment can be made to Patrick Keane, Treasurer on the day.
As it is Cup Day, Dress UP! Wear your finest hat, fascinator, fez, trilby, beret, panama, boater, bonnet, even a pork pie! Prizes for best-dressed hat will be awarded.
